Hood Dreams is a short film by Overseas Takeover Productions, LLC that features the life story of overseas basketball player Isaiah “Ockee” Williams from Newark, NJ. Throughout his journey Ockee has shown great resilience and has beat the odds stacked against him. From being raised in a single parent household to making it out from a tough neighborhood a lot of people don’t come out of, this has been a journey of true grit.
